MANAGER DUTIES

  • All staff are required to complete the Sideline Sports Doc online course (approximately 1 hour online course) and to complete a background check application. Club administrator will guide you through the process.

  • Organizes the team, obtains and maintains documents, communicates events and information and assists coach as needed.

  • Registers for tournaments and relays any tournament requirements to families such as any lodging requirements, parking or entrance fees, etc.(EW Surf SC registers team with PSPL for regular league play each season).

  • Prepares all game-day or tournament documents required for team check-ins.

  • Secures lodging for team as needed/requested by coach or required by tournaments.

TREASURER DUTIES

  • Each team should have a manager and a treasurer. Manager and treasurer should both be on the bank account.

  • Treasurer manages the team finances, budget, bank account and assets. Collects team expenses, reimburses for manager/coach/club-approved, team-incurred expenses, pay for tournament registration as needed.
