SURF JUNIORS PROGRAM

All WE Surf SC Junior players will be introduced and taught with the same core beliefs in mind: that all players will have proper technique, intelligence, and personality. Technique is the most important principle for player development for all WE Surf SC Juniors.

Above all else, teaching WE Surf SC players at any age that personality and character are most important on and off the field. Players need strength of character and leadership qualities. WE Surf SC looks to instill in each end of every player the qualities of honesty, respect, hard work, leadership, and teamwork.
