ACADEMY TRAINING

All WE Surf Junior players will be introduced and taught with the same core beliefs in mind: that all players will have proper technique, intelligence, and personality. Technique is the most important principle for player development for all WE Surf Juniors.

Above all else, teaching WE Surf players at any age that personality and character are most important on and off the field. Players need strength of character and leadership qualities. EW Surf looks to instill honesty, respect, hard work, leadership, and teamwork in every player.
